The Center strives to advances sound, conscientious, and innovative leadership in the energy space through comprehensive programming for UNC Kenan-Flagler students.

Guiding Philosophies

The UNC Kenan-Flagler Energy Center believes in an “All of the Above” approach to Energy. We see that national progress and well-being are linked to abundant, affordable energy supplies. the major challenge is to optimize the mix of fuels by taking availibility, cost, and public goods into account. The Center is especially interested in highlighting the difference challenges facing oil, gas, and renewables, and the relative progress being made in addressing those hurdles.
